hope everyones keeping thier chin up,
im full up with cold from daughter and grandaughter, they will share,

made sure i stayed in work and tho i did take precautions of bacterial spray, and wiping keyboard for other users,
i did unfortunately sneeze my way thru work,
let any one of them say they need a day off cos of it,

So far l'm ok....thank goodness:o) but a couple of months ago l had 6 - 7 colds and sore throats in 2months.
My neighbour has something nasty and l popped over with milk and sorted her prescription, so fingers crossed l don't get it!!
My d i l is supposed to be running a 10k in the morning but has had something nasty for a couple of days and has passed it on to the little one, so me thinks she might not be running.....such a shame cause she's been training for months!!

hi all
not much change tho its sunny outside today, feel like i got head full of fluffy stuff,
last night had to go bed , my mouth was itchin, and burning inside, round my teeth, it was awful,
the pain round my gums, i used bonjella, as i have ulcers, but the irritation was making me cry in the end,

still thats gone today,

hope everyone else is all ok

Have you got candida by any chance, my sister has had it for yrs, she's always fuzzy headed when she's eaten the wrong things and her mouth hurts, plus her eyes etc, might be worth looking it up!!
