oooh and double oooh ! The daughter who was born of the first marriage got married in the IOW and both names ( birth and 'adopted' ) are on freebmd AND may explain why my grandmother visited the IOW around then :)

It is but do you have to rub it in lol....i peeved cos when i renewed when they were doing subs for half price it would have only cost me a tenner more for the premier package & i thought oh i don't need that one

I just found a second marriage for my gt gt aunt :) I had found her first but no death nor trace on the 1901 and just thought to look on the new parish records...bingo! Isn't it nice when that happens ? i have a whole new lot to look for now :))
