I think GR generally didn't make a bad job of sorting things out and the second person I had contact with at GR was helpful and sensitive.

oh well done GR, I hope the person who deleted it got a slapped wrist for their troubles from the bosses....

Well I feel a little bit better about it now. Last night I really didn't want to be associated with a site that pandered to one serial complainer rather than the majority of their customers. Today, they've gone half way to making it a bit better.
