Dizzi - I do transcribing of marriages and find a lot of this.
For the transcribing, we have to do the entry twice - once for each name because it could be a mix-up, bride's name mixed with a witness' name - or the bride's birth name was different from the name she was known by - or she might have been previously married, or adopted. You will have to accept both names until your research helps you to sort it out.

I would think that if she was only 19 then Chandler was her birth surname but she was also known as surname Terry possibly/probably that being her *stepfather's* name. I've come across that scenario several times.

I would think her mother remarried Dizzi...I have found a marriage of mine which has both the birth name ( father) and step father listed?
