I have today had my first session, and have to say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be lol
Not felt any difference, but going back in a month for another one.

It's worth giving it a go.

I had it years ago for my back and it did make a difference, although about an hour afterwards the tops of my legs went numb, now there's a strange feeling.
Hope it does the trick for you too, good luck

Thanks Barb. Funny, whilst the needles were in, I had a tingling feeling in my left leg.
The doc said I may feel tired, but I was ok til I got a bad headache.

See how it goes lol

It worked for me - I was always really thirsty after a session, and tired the next day.

Oh JulieAnn!!! Mabel, glad it worked.

Trouble is, I asked if I could put my anaesthetic patches on afterwards, and she said 'Oh yes'.
Maybe take them off early and see if I can run up the stairs pmsl

Not holding my breath!!

Off now, so goodnight to everyone.

xx

I think that Acupuncture is the best thing since sliced bread. It is the only thing that has relieved my chronic back pain.

It may take three or four sessions before feeling any benifit. but I find ,that after six sessions I didn't need any more for six months or so.

Hope it works for you Lassie, love, Nina
