Jimmy McCulloch who was only a youngster when he was in Thunderclap Newman was in Wings. He died of a heroin overdose in the late 70's when he was quite young.

Hi Sue Maid....I though so, I think he was only in his 20's when he died.I believe he was the guitarist?
The band was put together by Pete Townsend of the Who.

It was a waste of talent. Posh, I didn't know they were formed by Pete Townsend - you learn something new everyday. I still love their "Something in the Air" and my children love it too.
