Please help me Polish community

I am trying to find my sister who was adpoted at birth by a polish couple in Feb/mar 1962 in the wokingham/Berkshire area. Her dob was 04/02/62 and her original name was TRACY ANN HUSSEY. I am sure that someone within the polish community must know who they were and where she is. I have been trying for a long time to find her. She may not be known as tracy anymore but given a polish name. In 1962 there couldnt have been that many polish couples in that area, so I am hopeful someone maybe able to help me or direct me. I am on the adoption register ready and waiting.
