I do not go clothes shopping, to me its the worst thing in the world, going from shop to shop, I like my catalogues, I can sit at home and choose the clothes I like and ring my order through, then a nice lady comes round and brings them and collects what I do not want.

they fold um in posh shops proper , take more care of um,
not that i buy from posh shops but son does, and i noticed the better service hes had, and the more care taken,

i also hate shoping for bras, (scuse the personal detail,)
why do they vary so much in fit, too expensive
they either too stupid design, that id only wear if i was a hooker,(and i dont mean the rugby kind)
or they just too tight, too old fashioned,

Annx I agree with you on that one. And often what they think will 'go' doesn't.

Annina Do they still make crimplene?

Annina

Annina Report 3 Nov 2009 13:46

The fact that clothes manufacturers presume women over 50 in age and 16 in size, wish to dress in flowered crimpoline.

I'm not too keen how they group items they think will go together in the shops. If I want a top to go with something I already have I want to see all the tops together and not play 'hunt the tops' around the whole shop.

Wasn't it good when years ago you could get the same dress/top/skirt in 3 or 4 colourways. Nowadays I often find something that would really suit me, but it is only in one colour like olive green, which really drains the colour from me.

I hate the fact that every design I like comes in every size except MINE!

That I can't buy the lovely size 10 designs worn by the window models. Well I could buy them but they wouldn't fit. Ten, when you look at the larger sizes they don't look half as attractive. Bring in larger mannequins!!!

of mine is the way clothes are just put in a bag not folded and then when you get them home and take them out the bag they look like rags.

What`s you pet hate about clothes shopping?
