Hi all,
I keep getting the above message when I try to log in, it was working fine up to about 10 mins ago??
I have found there is a free phone number but I only have my mobile and when I tried to dial it it had an international ring tone so dont fancy the bill for that!! has anyone got a number for Ancestry in the UK????

Thanks
Julia (in cambs)

Did I read on here somewhere that they were tightening up on the limit?

FMP, had a suggested " Fair Play" moral limit with one of their prepay packages, I assumed that ancestry would have one also,

glad you are back to normal.
