I always forget to use mine or find them at the bottom of my bag after they have run out or at a time when I can't get into the city.

I bought some things from Bhs before my hols, got them online as they were sale items that the store hadn't got in my size. You had to pay postage unless you spent over £40. I had the package delivered to the store as I didn't want o.h. to see what I was buying lol
I ordered some other items too so that my total was over the £40 and when I went to pick them up - not having to have paid postage - I tried on the things and got a refund on those I didn't want/like etc so in the end I got just what I wanted without paying postage even tho I only spent £22 in all. Mind you, when I was at the store I did find some other things I liked but as I got them with 20% as it was a special offer period, I got them dirt cheap anyway so did ok.

Oh yes, I agree Bob, and another one was it said so much off vitamins and supplements. well I take multibionta and bought some, cost £3,90ish, only to find in the small print it had to be £4.50 or over. Sneaky.

Have you also noticed(in my cases anyway) that you get a money off voucher..........for something you have just purchased, so it is really unlikely I am going to buy another lump, cheese for instance, in the next week or so,

another one was where you got a extra discount on something( as Ann Says) if you spend say £10.

but the item is normally priced at 9:99.......

Glad it is not only me but I can't help feeling that by mixing them all up it is vagueley (sp) deceitful.

I did that with the online thing a couple of months ago... tried to purchase my niece's prezzie, realised had to spend a bit more than I was paying, so topped it up with another camera thingy, then found out at the till that it was online only... and would have cost me to have it delivered... Grrrr!!

Another thing... last time, I got those *spend so much by x date and have £9 off your bill... the amount was over £90 to be spent.... but the vouchers etc arrived just a few days after my big monthly shop.... and were only valid until that weekend........ Grrrrrr! I shredded it.

Does anyone else find their money off coupons confusing. Every time I get a batch I have to go to customer services because the till doesn't recognise one of the vouchers when I have bought he product. Then, and I consider I am fairly intelligent and I do try to read all the print, today I thought I could use one against clothing, I had bought some for grandchild and great niece for Christmas, but at the till it was refused and when checked it was for on line only, this was not clear. another one in small print had an amount that had to be spent. Why do they try to confuse. I assume it is to get you to spend more money!!! I only ever use the coupons for something I am going to buy anyway but find it so frustrating trying to study these things while shopping.
