If you are a member of Ancestry do you have to pay any extra to see the above census records please?

It depends which sub package you have. I believe it is on the World Wide one. You used to be able to buy additional access for a few days.

The basic one lets you see UK census and BMD, but not the details on the new LMA PR releases.

Someone may correct me if I'm wrong.

If you want details from a particular 'offering', or even a general search, put a thread up on Records or Trying to find. A number of people are willing to search for you, or view the images you have found.
