oh bum I missed it - I usually sky + these shows, will have to look out for it being repeated. maybe sky should make an improvement where you can select a subject (ie London) and it automatically records everything on that theme lol.

there is one on discovery tonight at 6pm called London at War or summat similar - that looks good too.

I don't actually have any Ancestors in London as all mine are from just outside, but having said that...who knows? I don't think I have seen the one you are talking about but shall look out for it as they are repeated quite often.
Unfortunately my Ancestors are buried too far away for me to travel to. Its nice that you are able to do that. xx

This one he did the Magnificent Seven Cemeteries & 1 of my Ancestors is in the Brompton one, but he never showed it lol.....I was lucky enough to live next to it & walked around there many a times but at that time i didn't know my Ancestor was in there

There is a programme on the History channel called How London was built.....if anyone is interested
