£180 phone bill for 7mins..................

Yes thats correct, they even told my daughter there was no charge for the itemised bill......................not surprised are you?


Yes Mac we called from ship and it cost us $5 per minuet, where her phone got the charges from i don't know, poss picked it out of thin air.

They even said the itemised it free of charge.....................now wasn't that nice of them, we rang home from ship and it was $5 per min, we phoned sister-in-law and daughter and it only cost us around £50.

good god !!!

Give the company a ring and ask if anywhere in their paperwork does it give the price of the calls on and off the boat!! thats madness!!

It you dont get any joy call oftel...thats like the old bank statement charges

Just as we were unpacking on our cruise to celebrate our 4oth wedding anniversary the phone in our cabin rang, its was my daughter to tell us hubby's brother had just passed way.

She has just recieved the bill and its £180 which included £3 for the engaged tone once, how can they get away with charges like that i don't know. Her Dad is refunding her the costs but bleeding angry at the price.
