	Anyone else use this? My inbox keeps telling me I have 2 e-mails unopened, and I have been through months of back ones to find them. There are none! How do I get rid of this irritating message?

	Yes,I have one too,with Yahoo,cannot find it or get rid of the message !!

	Elizabeth, I requested help from BT broadband, and they have rung me once today, at what was a very inconvenient time, so they agreed to ring me this evening. I will try and remember to tell you what transpires.

	Ring Bt up and the internet people will take over your computer and solve it all for you.
