HA you're right serves me right for being so precious about me pans LOLOLOLOL

You can't scrape these ones......can't even use metal utensils with them but usually........when I don't burn them they take zero washing up ...which I like !!!!!

I kill cheap ones within a week !!!! False economy ultimately.!!!

Thanks Pat.......

I have left it soaking in washing powder overnight cos I can't be bothered to do anything with it tonight.......I'll have a try at sorting it tomorrow. So pleased it's not dead though it's my fav LOL xx

Look, just use the cheap ones unless you are prepared to stand over it in a protective manner!

Sheesh!

Jill

p.s. I have no idea how to get rid of burnt bits - I just "leave it in soak" and renew "the soak" periodically until I can scrape off the burnt bits ...

Try filling your pan with enough baking soda to cover the bottom of your pan add enough water to cover the baking soda plus about 1-2 inches. Put back onto the stove & bring to a boil, remove from stove & let sit overnight, & wash as usual.

de-glaze it with vinegar.

Put the pot on the heat and once it's hot, add some vinegar, (hold your breath) and stir the bits off .
