Medical Abbreviation on Death Cert

On a death cert I have, the cause of death is shown as

1 a) Cerebral Apoplexy (a stroke)
b) Arteriosclerosis (hardening of arteries)
NO-PM

Can anyone tell me what the NO-PM stands for?
