It might mean that the person has removed themself from GR.

They may have spotted the hot match, did not see the connection and deleted it?

Try looking for the name in search trees and see if you can spot the contact that way.

found a hot match, sent for details of a connection, but got oops unexpected error. dosnt tell you what it is or what to do. tried to send message again but got the same response.
