ah Joy, not been making them today, but was so cross at how long it took me to clean the tray LAST time lol that I needed to know! will give some a try over the weekend tho - kids are away and I'll get them all to myself :-)) |

Dunno if you know but when you place them on the tray, put them JOINT down, else the roll opens up and the filling goes awol....... |

I would suggest getting the tray really hot first, but also bringing the sausage rolls up to room temperature rather than putting them in straight from the freezer. |

Please can someone tell me how to cook sausage rolls (the frozen ones that you just tip out and bung in the oven) without them sticking to the flippin tray ????? |
