I know it's a little early, but have to allow for the credit crunch



Remember the homeless need you, they are not all there by choice., and without your help many will die ,,due to cold or despair.
even your dog blanket is a life saver to them.

Too true ...there for the grace of etc etc...I could have so easily become homeless had it not been for relatives several years ago....If you see someone sitting on the street obviously homeless stop and have a chat (many are very well educated and intelligent - just unlucky in life).

Hi Col, u ok? Not like you to be around at this time, I am usually on my jack jones!

I hve befriended a so called homeless person in the past but he did actually have a flat and was just silly with drugs so had poor health and yet got lots of money and good clothing given him too. I still have his number in my phone, yes he had a mobile phone. I saw a chap selling the big issue the other day while chatting away on his mobile, well how do they afford the tariffs for these things, even pay as you go costs money.
I would help anyone I thought needed it but do hate being taken for a ride. Would still try to help people tho and would have a word or several if I saw someone looking particularly low or unwell.
