Was at doctors yesterday afternoon
He looked in my hair and btween my fingers
It's on my right shoulder blade as well as my left ankle and right lower leg..
Because of its similarity to symptoms Id previously presented on my right hand and wrist, he thinks its more likely to be eczma.
He prescribed 2 differant creams and said don't use scented soap.

David. Google the word. There is a wealth of information available, including treatments that work for some and not for others. Most importantly make certain you have a correct diagnosis before you start worrying about it or treating the condition. And don't stress!!

My mum had it I remember her going into hospital when it flared up bad and going under a lamp she came home looking very tanned and it had gone.
She used to bathe in lotion added to water think it was something called tar?
don't use perfumed soap or deodorant or any smellies as that would irritate it.
Bathe in the dead sea sadly she never got there.
Being in the sun helped her.
You loose a lot of dead skin so get the hoover ready lol stress dosn't help so keep calm.
It's not the end of the world there are treatments out there sadly not a cure as yet.

My Mum had Psoriasis bad at times. She also had diebetes which led to Kidney failure because of that she had dialysis which cleared up her Psoriasis I wouldn't recommend this as a treatment though.
