Can anyone help please?

Before if you placed the pointer over someone's name you were able to see their account number at the bottom of the screen. Now if i do that nothing comes up, have they moved it or am I blind? ( I have got my glasses on LOL)

No it's probably your browser settings Helen.

But if you RIGHT click on the name a little menu will pop up, then select properties, the number will be in the box that comes up.

Or, left click on the name as though you are sending a PM, the number will be in the address bar at the top of your screen.

Thanks Muffy and Teresa for that. With all the name changes for Xmas, I get easily confused these days ( I blame my age LOL) and don't know who's who.

I usually don't know who's who at the best of times.

Sometimes I find it an advantage!!

Hi Helen.......I think the problem is that the Status Bar at the bottom of your screen has been turn off.

To turn it back on;

Go to the top left corner of the page..........Click on View.

Then Click or hover on Toolbars

From the list, you'll see the Status Bar........If there is no Tick next to it......Click on it & your Status Toolbar will be turned on & can be viewed at the bottom of the screen.

When you then hover your cursor over a members name there member No will appear here.
