I THINK I may have put just a bit too much garlic into my onion soup.....can somebody tell me if there is an antidote to it that i can add please? lol |

Best thing to do its to add the same ingredients (double up soup) but not the garlic |

I can do that.......it's only beef stock and onions really......though it does call for a quarter pint of red wine to be added later.......which I've measured out and will do grudgingly......however there's no chance I'll be adding the further quarter pint when I double it up !!!! pmsl xx |

Add a potato and simmer slowly. Once the potato has cooked, remove it. It should have absorbed some of the garlic flavour. |
