Not yet lol ...It has always been a tradition here that my son and me go and choose and buy the tree.But he is at Uni and won't be home until about the 21st,so it will just be little ol' me on my todd. |

It's up , very early I know :)) the artificial one, though I might get a real one just before Christmas as we have lots of decorations still.... Son 'dressed' the tree this year and has made it look lovely . |

My tree and all the other bits get put up between 10pm Christmas Eve and 1am Christmas Day. It's the last thing I do before going to bed. |

So far we have not had a problem with the cats... don't know how Jessie (Peggy, as was) will be... but don't think she will demolish it with three legs, lol...... and as with Maggie, I now have tree decs that bounce and not shatter, lolol!! |

our family has always put up the tree christmas eve afternoon. It was agony when we were kids as everyone else had theirs up weeks before! We then always keep it up till twelfth night. Julia (in cambs) |
