and yesterday we had another rude loud customer in ,
what ever happend to owner/boss right to refuse serving people,

well this chap was rude and loud to two of our young girls that his stuff werent ready though hed left it specifically early that day to collect later, (didnt say how much later) we had to order in stuff,
which arrived as he did,
well he said why isnt rest ready (very loud and very nasty)
i tried quieetly to explain, the order comes twice day, and had just arrived and he was having none of it,
so i left him to sulk and helped the girls get his stuff ready, wen boss took it out he was all quieter and i don t mean to be rude but you know i expect it to be done, and yahda yahda
i said to boss why did he speak like that to you and shout at us,

boss said he had point,

i said yes but he didnt need to be rude, and loud and we dont deserve to be spoken to like that we work hard and thats not on
hes gone away thinking he can always behave in that manner for a man of his age its not on
but boss think s we know what hes like we should get it ready in case he calls back next time, !!!!!!!!

boss even told me i was missing the point,
that the man had a point,

thats how i feel jen

its happend before when a customer almost reduced me to tears, when he shouted at me,
the boss went out and appeased him,
and told me then he had a point,
i was so cross at tiem but took it and let it go,

but to say to me after, we all know what hes like (refering to customer)
i feel that dont make what he did right, he should be told please dont take it out on the staff, they all work hard and hardly stop for a second all day
its none stop in there
and they wonder why i dont want to go to xmas party

Boss sounds a bit of a wimp !! he should have been firm with the customer as letting him get away with rudeness means he will think he can do it again. One customer you could do without if he doesnt like the service offered .
