Damn xx Whoops sorry! Golly gosh this is hard work getting into these threads. Might try open sesame next time.

I love my chocolate. If I wish to keep my figure under control I have to watch what I eat. If I combine a careful diet and exercise I can keep the additonal kilos off.

So the diet is very easy. No chocolate, no sweet biscuits, no cake, no lollies, no dessert, no fizzy drink, no icecream, no smoothies. OK I've cheated on the soft drink when we had our heat wave but so far so good. Since the 1st November I've stuck to it and lost three and a half kilos.

However, I dribble everytime I walk down the lolly aisle in the supermarket.

Oh Good! A non controversial thread to experiment on!!!

Mmmmm…chocolate! Well done Aunty on the weight loss. Now all you have to do is KEEP it off! It always seems easier to diet in the summer, when it’s too hot to eat anyway.

edit - well, that 'took'!

Hello DET is your button working.

Yes I know only too well about climatic change diet syndrome. It is all to do with the amount that one eats. Stop eating stay thin. Simple. How come you can access the button.
Do you wanna be crossed off my Christmas card list as well.

Dizzi is having trouble learning how to use the button that can't be used. Some people, who shall be nameless, are able to use their buttons, other more important people are experiencing temporary technical glitches.

And I have to go to bed.

Edit for Dizzi. Try to practice it again. Be very very patient. You can do it. All it takes is concentration. One, two, three go!!!
