Purple, dont deny him the occasional piece of cake if his sugar is low. I make a fruit cake without sugar and to us it is quite palatable. Its not meant to be a penance! Keep some treats for the times he has a low sugar, thats the only time I allow myself a biscuit, when I am below 4, but OH eats them when he knows he is going to be very active. |

Jean, I wouldn't really be that mean - he doesn't like fruit cake or Christmas pud so I have to buy individual puds and he used to have a chocolate one or sticky toffee. I will leave him to buy what he thinks he can have this year! I usually buy one of those small iced Christmas cakes as not much point making one for myself, and my son doesn't eat fruit cake either. |

I sent my OH to the post office with a letter to buy a stamp, he posted the letter and brought me back the stamp.(never allow a man to multi task !!!!!!) I am now left wondering if the unstampd letter ever arrived ?? |
