Ann jut the normal v box amsung type withsmart cards. the card from laddos box works in Lissys so not that must be the actual box have sent another message to bloke got it off of see what he says

Dawnie, OH said what sort of box is it. A V box is one but there is another box that needs a credit card type thing. If they both have cards try swopping them over.

when we had our virgin boxes disconnected they did it at their end

Now Joy you are getting technical lol is a samsung box same as one they gave us.

Cos loft is half converted the indoor digital ariel wont work now so cant even ue old freeview box for laddo.


Ann was off of ebay and he says it was working and has tried to help me so no reason to doubt him will have to get back in touch with him

if so we bought one and couldn't get it to work
we have a transmitter
that transmits to all the other TVs in our home

Maybe you need to go back to whoever you bought it from.

they set up one but we bought the others not through them and Lissys works fine but laddos wont.

couldnt afford what they wanted for extra rooms

How did you get the box Dawnie, OH says normally you would buy it from Virgin media and they would come and set it up. It sounds as if it is not set up properly.

we had boxes upstairs and down and they work ok

now we have transferred to sky
which is much better and cheaper for the tv
but stayed with virgin for the Internet and phone
as they gave me a deal £10 a month for both

added an extra virgin box to another room and it comes up ld-20 or ld30 and wont do anything else. have even connected it to another tele where another box works and does same thing so not cables.

anyone know anything about them?
