i am looking for information on edwin bird born abt 1847 in somerset. he had 1 brother francis born 1837 and 2 sisters sarah born 1839 and elizabeth born1841.the last census i found him on was the 1881 living in fforchaman aberdare.he was married to charlotte. they had 4 children. elvira born 1872. priscilla 1874. david j 1877. and reuben 1879.where they went to after i cant seem to find them maybe they emirgrated i just dont know so i would be grateful for any information you can give me.

would you know iff edwin died in the usa if so when and where does the name james come in. was his name edwin james or james edwin because i did not know he had a second name also could you tell me what site you get your infor from and do you have to pay to get on it. thanks

Not sure where the name James comes in. He could have been Edwin James or James Edwin I suppose.
Got the information I posted from Ancestry Worldwide membership. Have subscribed for quite some time and have found it very useful both in researching my own tree and trying to help other people.
Have got to go out for a while, but will have another look later to see what I can find.
Perhaps someone else will also have a look for you.
