I sometimes feel the need to vent my anger by listening to very angry music.

Does anyone else do the same and what do you listen to.

When I get angry, I mean REALLY angry, the ironing comes out and I listen to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. I'm soon calm again.


I love song 2, but that just makes go WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO along with it, cheers me up LOL

I did my ironing earlier.........and an apple crumble and the pickled cabbage to try to use up my pent up rage.........and I'm still blinky furious lol.

I have no idea what any of its called or by what unlikely names any of the bands go by but my elder two children both liked to listen to what I used to refer to as " Fu** off " music..............thankfully neither of them live here now so I don't have to suffer the gut wrenching sounds : ))
