I have replied, they are Canada Geese for sure :-D. I don't know if they are placid as I steer clear of all geese after having issues with the ones on my uncles farm :-D :-D :-D :-D

I've pm'd you and attached a photo that I took during the first lockdown. I think they belong to the geese family, but they are very placid. I thought geese had a tendency to attack!!

The brown flecked could be young barnacle geese

The big ones have brown steaky markings with a white chest and under belly. Long necks. There ae a couple of plain white ones of a similar size, then some smaller ones that are mainly black with a jade and white splash of colour on the neck.

What colour are they YG and are they wading or swimming

I have just been looking at Google to try to find out what birds they all are. I usually call the babies ducklings, but they are not ducks or chickens :-D :-D I can't wait to see them, but I think by the end of next week hopefully :-)

I was working this morning but had half a day's leave to go for a cut and colour at the sheep shearer's this afternoon. Looking all glam now >>>>>> just don't feel it!! :-D

I had a walk in the park and there were two babies in the pond. Hopefully some more by next week, so I will keep checking. There are some rather fat looking birds in there!!

Evening all, I washed the bedding which has line dried. I have also finished the bathroom walls at last and just have a bit of gloss to do . Pass the tens machine ZZzzz my back is killing me now :-| :-D :-D :-D

They fixed the phone so maybe we Wont have crackling sound anymore.
I put some washing out and that will be ironed tomorrow, but I'll take it off the line first :-D. Got then tens machine on me back now. :-D :-D

afternoon all its bootiful ere just got in and the caravans are all getting loaded so hopefully it will be quiet here for the weekend I am working Tomorrow and Monday so off Sunday ,I will get stuck in to the grass
