Neither of us would want to go in a care home but who knows what the future holds. We are off to bed now as it is going to be a long day tomorrow. I hope your appointment goes well and that you get all your scripts OK. Sleep well and see you tomorrow,nite nite :-D <3

Sometimes it just seems relentless and we know that hubby won't get better and I will end up being his carer but I would rather that than him going into a care home although there a a couple within a 2 mile radius of where we live.

I will be all week as I also have a guest staying over on Thursday so there is a bed tosort after I have cleared all the painting stuff out of the 'playroom'. I have prescription to collect for OH on Wednesday before having a good clean through. Friday is eye clinic early and then the rest of the day spent with the visitor before she goes into London on business

It would be nice to be like other retirees sometimes and be bored cos there is nothing to do, just now and again though not every day. :-D :-D :-D :-D

I am in the Archive all morning, we have a new shed arriving and I have painting to finish :-D

Tomorrow will be interesting, we will be cooking a shepherds pie in the morning for dinner at 5:00, I have a chiropractor appointment at lunch time and have to pick up our shipping order of prescriptions at about 3 ish.

It is odd that some days I fall asleep but don't realise I did till I woke up.

Yes, she certainly is much happier now. She is a very different person now :-)

I am off now to get fur's belongings together ready to take her home.

Mmm, I think I was going to pm you a few weeks ago and never got round to it with one thing or another.

Everything blew up in January, with an interefering m.i.l and V being fed up of being abused with pushing, shoving and a couple of injuries resulting from that. He went back to Mummy and V told him not to come back, to cut a long story short. Luckily she landed a really good new job at the beginning of February and has been able to increase the mortgage to buy him out.

She has spent some time on her own, going out with a girlfriend that she has known since primary school, and she has now met someone new. He is absolutely lovely and I don't have any concerns whatsoever about him. With the other one I disliked him from the start, but couldn't put my finger on what it was. He was certainly coercive and prone to gaslighting. She would have a very difficult life with him and his mother . :-|

Evening stranger. I thought you had gone awol :-D :-D. The eye clinic is this Friday and a really early appointment :-|. A new boyfriend did I miss something :-S. How lovely to have the fur for a while she is lovely company for you <3.

ZZzzz, there is no wonder you were aching after sleeping on the floor. Even the sunbed might not have been so much better :-D Much braver than me!! I even have trouble sleeping in bed :-D :-D :-D :-D

It has been a very odd sort of long weekend! Saturday was really busy as R came to cut the grass mid morning and that led to all sorts of jobs outside for me. I washed all the fencing both sides (dirty birds and the thanks I get for feeding them!!), went to the garden centre for some bedding plants topped up the tubs with fresh compost and did the washing. I was shattered when I had finished, so collapsed on the sofa!

Yesterday was very quiet, recovering from Saturday, then I prepared dinner and put lamb chops in to cook. V arrived with new b/f and two dogs and stayed for a couple of hours. Dinner stone cold by the time they left, so warmed the chops in the gravy at 8.30pm :-| :-|

Looking after fur today as they have gone to a gig, so that meant a long walk round the park. She is crashed out on the sofa now at the side of me. I have to take her home about 10..30ish and put her in her bed until they get back about midnight.

Back to the grind tomorrow :-|
