Evening all . blimey YG I am tired just reading what you have been up to. :-0 :-D :-D. We have more packing done and then I spent almost an hour swearing at the laptop as it decided to have a hissy fit and play me about :-| :-| :-|. I eventually tricked it into doing what I wanted it to and then got a load of letters and forms printed off :-D. We are off out tomorrow to look for a new cooker so that this one can go to the tip

It's good that you have help from your son when you need it :-)

Ha-ha!! That's why I'm commotose on the sofa tonight :-D :-D :-D :-D The worst for me is my back and neck as it gets to me quite quickly, so have to take frequent breaks.

If I didn't work, I would take it much easier and do a bit each day, but everything has to be fitted into a weekend, so I try to give one room per week a really good clean and just vacuum and dust the other rooms. I know then that each one has a good clean every month.

I have definitely slowed down a lot, as I used to do all the gardening as well, apart from the hedge cutting. It is a large corner plot with a massive area of grass to cut, so I have someone to do it now once a month and my son comes mid month in the height of summer when it is growing fast.

Blimey far to much for us to do in a day, I wish I had your ability and energy to do it.

Window frames and window cleaned, all cusions off the sofa and chairs, vacuumed and put bacl, skirting boards wiped down, doors, light switches, door handles all cleaned with anti bac, fire surround polished, furniture polished and carpet vacuumed. I also empty the large unit to move it round to another position and put everything back.

Lazy Sunday is a good plan :-) we do those sorts of jobs but it takes us a lot longer or even a couple of days.

Bottoming the lounge, what does that involve?

I'm fine, ZZzzz, thank you. Just exhausted as I have been bottoming the lounge, cleaning windows and done all the washing :-0

I am hoping to do the bathroom tomorrow, but sometimes when I have overdone it on a Saturday, I have a lazy day on a Sunday :-D :-D

I am indeed YG, hope you are too. I bet LG has too, anything to avoid packing household stuff. :-D

I'm pleased that Froggy has now got a negative test. It may take him a while to feel completely recovered. I hope you get to see him soon and that he takes you out for a belated birthday treat :-)

Froggy is on last day of isolation tested negative today .\but still feels rough .
I am just having a pottering day .N is home at half term with the tornados ,4 and 5 they are its hard to believe .Time has flown mind N is 36 and A is 34 .

They are indeed, do they think we don't notice :-|

Items are getting smaller as well, LG :-0 :-0 I like the Soreen malt loaf and although they do make a couple of different sizes, I can only get the smaller one locally and at As**. It has shrunk in size but still 90p at the local Co-op and 1.20p at As** :-( :-(

Evening YG their prices have shot up as has Morrisons I try not to use either and stick to Aldi :-D

It has turned blustery and cold here, but no white stuff, thankfully!
I went to As** after work for a few bits and as they are quite close to me, I thought it might save a few pennies. I hate the place but it wasn't too busy, so manageable. I was amazed at how much some of their prices have gone up.
