Have you tried Systane Balance eyedrops, They are pricey, compared with the normal over the counter drops, but are often recommended by doctors?

Evening YG, I have been keeping off the screen because my dry eye is driving me nuts :-| :-|. My eye drops don't seem to be easing it a lot

Me too, I would not have done the job that caused the RSI and back then I wasn't offered any help with the heavy lifting, I just got on with it.

My ailments are either inherited or caused through RSI from the days before health and safety, getting worse with age but not caused by age, if you know what I mean.

My newest one is a problem the older one does not give much bother. My weight does not help but I am working on that. To use my OH's saying it is a crime to get old ;-) :-D. Nite nite YG I hope you get a reasonable nights sleep and with not too much pain. :-D <3

Perhaps you have just been unlucky with your replacements. They are normally supposed to be quite successful, aren't they?

ZZzzz, I can move my head up and down, but it is so painful trying to move sideways. I resorted to Co-codamol again yesterday, but as it has felt somewhat better today, I haven't taken any.

Physio does not come cheap hence I have not had more for my knees and back :-|
