I'm not too bad, LG. I have had a couple of really rough days and was in bed by 9pm last night. Awful pain up my neck, which I have all week and I wasn't sure whether it was my ear, as it felt as though that is what was hurting, or my shoulder causing the problem. I have changed my seating arrangement now for work and am sitting facing the screen on a much more direct basis, and it seems to have helped a lot today. My neck is still very restricted when trying to look left and right but the awful pain has calmed down. |

We had frost again it took a while to clear but we didn't need to go out so that's good, we've had a lot of birds feeding and had to top up the seeds, nuts and fat balls. |
