Evening all, bloomin cold again outside but snug inside :-D :-D. I spent all morning starting the deep clean of the house before heading off to collect my car. We are now waiting for the Lasagne to finish cooking so it is a collapse in the chair when we have cleared the dishes :-D :-D.

We have a Renault Scenic which has been a great work wagon as well as a reliable bit of transport and we have done over 222,000 miles in it and she was old when we got her. The new one is a Hyundia i10 in Bronze

What make is the current one and what are you getting?

It is freezing outside so the car will be icy and will no way start again. We are going to say goodbye to her tomorrow as we are picking up a new one in the afternoon :-( :-D :-D :-D

You're not kidding, LG :-0 :-0 We have been to Harrogate today to the Country Life Christmas market. Thank goodness it was indoors as it started snowing as we walked from the car park and my goodness it came down :-| :-| :-| By the time we left, there was no sign of it and the sky was blue with sunshine and much milder. It has turned bitter here tonight and the windscreen was already frozen over when I left R's at 6.15pm.

Changes are what they call progress! I'm not sure for who, because it's certainly not for me :-D :-D

I feel the same as you Maz about things that have to be changed when they worked fine before.
I'm going private for a diagnosis on something that my GP is dragging his heals on but I have to get a referral note posted from him to the private Doctor. What is that all about? It is an unnecessary change. Me thinks I will have a fight on my hands. :-D
