Danni my grandaughter has just phone me shes been habving headaches for the past few weeks,anyway she phoned up the NHS they told her her to go to walk in centre and they sent her to A&E were she had xray and she has got arthitis in her jaw thru grinding her teeth they said,anyway if the headaches dont stop within the next week shes got have ascan ,shes hoping they will stop as shes 21 on the 15 dec |

I dont think she has seen denist for while it could be tension as she worrys and about having to take time off work,she works long hours and its different evey day,shes going to text me later as she was on her way to work,and thank you all for the advice |

I recently had a shield made up but it isn't veru comfortable so when I go soon for my check up I will take it and tell her. I know all about the tension headaches so hope she can get some help to sort the problem out. |

I have had a gum shield for arthritis of the jaw, and after some time wearing it the pain disappeared, only recurring occasionally. |
