My daughter has tried it twice, but the first time she didn't feel comfortable, and the secone time, just wasn't the right time for her. As someone who at one time could smoke 60 a day, I firmly believe you really have to want to stop, or all the hypnotherapy and other methods won't work. Good Luck to you, and you know you CAN do it if you really WANT TO.

	You know you can do it :)) As from tomorrow you are a non smoker.....just dont forget . I stopped about 24 yr ago and I could still pick one up and light it. I never would though, as I'm...a non smoker lol. You just have to keep telling yourself that, and dont have a sly puff lol. Good luck Marion

	LOL I'll prob stay off line re punch bag!!! But I have an appointment tomorrow with a hypnotherapist, I really hope that will help sort out the habit side.

	Well ive found all the half empty packs and its been a long day - had to work in london today so had to leave at 6.20am - home earlier than normal due to travelling so have smoked about 35 tonight and have three left in the last pack I have found! Then thats IT!!! D day - the Ninth of Dec is the day ive had in the calender for what feels like so long to quit smoking!!!!! No turning back now - after 25 years at ;least I dont know what on earth I will do! I feel a bit sad - but know deep inside the day has come!
