Installing an update

I keep being told that an important update needs to be installed, but it keeps coming up as failed.
Anyone know how to rectify this, and delete all the failures from my list of updates please?.

I keep getting this It tries over and over but wont install I dont worry about it You could click on the reason why and go to the website to check it out
