I''ve had my mince meat maturing in the fridge for two years. Just rejuvinated it with a couple of slugs of best Brandy. Hope OH likes them. Will lay down some mincemet for further years

Good luck with them Julia, I personally don't like them but they always smell so nice when freshly baked. I like the pastry but not the mincemeat.

I'm attempting a chocolate Panettone cake this year (I bought one in Sainsbury's last night just incase).
