The highest praise will be inadequate for the care given to my late mother by the staff of Ward 3, Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline

They cared for Mum for over 12 years and I felt she was surrounded by love and kindness from every member of her care team. Even the consultant's secretary cared about all the residents.

There were very few staff changes on that ward which I think proves that everyone was happy in their work.

I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

That's lovely to hear LW and I am sure there are many more places like that that don't get the good publicity but it is good too that we see the bad places so they are named and shamed into improving or closing.

That is nice to hear LW I am sure there are many good places that don't get thanked publicly, it is the bad ones that make the papers. Nice that your Mum was so well looked after in her last years.
