I have just noticed that my bank account has unexpectedly been debited by genes reunited.
When I last upgraded my account I failed to notice that the default setting was to automatically renew when the membership expired. I also failed to notice that one of the many emails I relieve from genes reunited was reminding me that my membership was about to be renewed automatically.
I emailed genes reunited explaining my error, and even tho the account was only ungraded a few days ago and I haven't even logged onto the account for some time, they appear to be unwilling to refund the money.
Technically they are within their rights, but I'm pretty disappointed they seem to be desperate enough for money to be so unfair.
So please check your account settings and don't make the same mistake!

Everyone should check their account settings, although I have set and saved my account to single ..each time I revisit it says continuous ?

I think if you don't have continuous as the renewal, you might end up paying more!
