Have been shopping :( food really and didn't enjoy it lol . But have just fought with a roll of brown paper and a large teddy bear ! Remind me never to buy a big bear again that has to go in the post lol

Well I'm sat here doing abit of crocheting, and reading the boards, hence the reason I said it was rather quite on here this afternoon.
WinterWonderland,
I went and did my normal weekly this morning, but bought a couple of bottles as presents. I will not go again until the Wednesday before Christmas Day, for my fresh things.
Rose,
as a young lass, I worked in the offices of a well known stocking factory. Part of my duties was to take out the mail to different deparments, including the orders to despatch. The manager showed me how to wrap parcels properly, and it has stood with me all these years. But alas not Teddy Bears.

I'm not bad at parcels Julia...too many years of my mum saying "you do it better than me " lol gave me plenty of practice, but this bear was all arms and legs lol I hope I have him to rights now, he is taped and strung !.

Well I was going shopping today, but my plans this morning my daughter rang me and asked me to look after my 7 year old grandson as he was being sick but she could not take the day off work but he has been really quiet, bless him.They have gone home now so I got my freedom back !

i know the feeling have looked after my 2 g/sons for 14 yrs
so daughter could go to work .
but must say most of the time i have loved it , we have had many a laugh together now they are older iv'e been made redundant lol
