Has today GIVEN one & a half BILLION POUNDS to so called needy countries to help them in the " fight " against global warming, ( load of old cobblers ) my flabber is totaly ghasted.

What about help for the elderly with their heating ? ( they havn't got the funds )
What about our troops having to buy their own equipment?

I can't go on

I'm dumbfounded.

The money was probably (I would say certainly) borrowed from the privately owned banks and the taxpayer will not only have to repay the 1.5 billion pounds but also the interest which will probably come to the same amount again due to compound interest and all that sort of thing. You lucky lucky taxpayer you.

Maybe Brown truly believes he did *save the world*

Sorry to be a damp squib here, but - to be fair - you can't lay the blame for this at the door of Gordon Brown or anyone else except the get rich quick merchants who dignify themselves as "bankers".

We've collectively invested millions in propping up their failed gambling. Not really Gordon Brown's fault.......
