I like them but kids dont, yet i have to put them on their plate cos it wouldnt be xmas dinner without them, they just say mum noooooooooo

This morning they were selling kilo bags of sprouts at half price, 90p. I had to buy some because, with the weather as it is, OH can't get on the allotment. They were quite clean, with little wastage. About to put in freezer for the big day. No chance he can pull the Parsnips out either, so doing some of them also.

Edited to say, Yes, I know I live a sad life compared to some, but I do come from a generartion of being prepared. Sad init
