Are you sure the mouse is still in the house Joy ? perhaps the cat caught it again .

I still can't get over the fact the fatty managed to catch the bird in the first place.....lol......being mostly white I suppose the snow helped him ?

Stray , my dogs do chase the cats if they run up the garden but indoors they all snuggle up together .....lol

Fat Pippin even has a go at chaseing the smaller dog : ))

Well I hope they don't manage it Joy.............I had two mice a few years back ( not through choice I hasten to add , my daughter bought them and fobbed them off on us .....lol ) the cats used to try and get them , they had to live in the bathroom as it was the safest place.......lol

xx

One of mine...............I heard a racket going on in the kitchen earlier , bit of a thumping with the cat flap , I was distracted so didn't go and investigate straight away. I wandered in there about 10 minutes later to see my big fat white and ginger Pippin on the window sill looking very interested in the tea caddy......then I spotted a small head and flapping......at first I just thought a starling had been caught , it wasn't until I got ( very gently ) a hold of the bird that I realised it was some sort of wader , very long beak and longish legs.....I think it was a Snipe. I put it in a box in a quiet room and guessed it would be dead from shock in an hour or so . An hour later I went back for a peep and it was flapping about , so I let it go and it flew away over the roof tops.
I hope it survives as we have snow on the ground.
