I make green tomato mincemeat but this year,because we had enough in store, I didn't make any. |

Awe Sharron, what a blow. During the holidays, I will be making my mincemeat for next year. I like it to infuse plenty, and keeping it in the fridge, every few months I turn the jars over. |

There was some leftover tomato jam so we warmed it up with a slug of brandy,some butter,marmalade and mixed fruit. |
