Sorry love,I havn't a clue,mine has been on the market for over a year now,and we havn't even had a viewing. I think it is time to find a different Estate agent.

A few years ago, a friend of mine was trying to sell her house with no luck until someone told her to bury a statue of St Joseph at the front of the house, which she did. 2 weeks later an offer was accepted. She lives in France now......If all else fails, tis worth a try :-)))).


PS...in answer to your question....Yes, I am psychic!.......I have visions of you scouring the shops for a statue of St Joseph. :-)))
