Jean, you've put into words what I didn't want to. Dawnie, please do get advice. The sooner you get medical help the better. I hope it's nothing more than a migraine but you really shouldn't take any chances.

Love Julia

Dawnie, you should check with NHS direct. This could be a slight stroke and you shouldnt take chances.

My sister has, Dawnie, and was fine the next day.
However, she kept getting migraines (though not as bad as the 'slurring' one). She was on HRT (had been for over 3 years) and migraines can be one of the side effects , so she's off the HRT now.

went to Toys r us this morning and when in there felt a bit funny tunnel vision bit woozy thought was just hot and felt better outside. Then drove to sisters to drop of parents presents to her and couldnt talk properly couldnt remember what things were called or name of shop had just been in. Even saying hubbies name and childrens name didnt sound right and even asked her who Steve was (Hes hubby).
She spent the time trying to guess what i was trying to say. Got home and hubby put me to bed as i was so scared was almost crying.

Am hoping its the migraine have had as well as over doing things last few days

Anyone else had this with migraines?
