May i wish everyone a Happy Christmas. My grandson Joe who i have custody of and is 13 years old i wish a better Christmas for.Up until today his mothers family have not even sent him a christmas card.No phone calls and they all have his number..He has not heard from his mother in 2 years.I expect there are more children like him where parents and family do not care. I hope Jo has a really lovely christmas, but it sounds has if he has got a really good home and someone that really loves him, and I'm sure has he grows older he will count his blessing.

take care and have a good day.

Families are strange aren't they Annie? My son would get a card with money in one year from his Nanna in Malta and another year, nothing! I never knew if it had been stolen enroute or they hadn't sent anything, that year.
Now he is grown up of course the cash has stopped rightly so, but there was a nice card at my house when I called to pick up all my mail, for him on the envelope but for both of us from his Nanna, Auntie who lives with her, and for the first time, two of his uncles names were on the card too.

I forgot to ask if his Dad and stepmum sent a card!

It might be his last card from his Nan as she has chronic leaukaemia, altho she doesn't know it.
