Boxing Day
March of the Penguins
ITV 1, 4.40pm

Morgan Freeman takes on the David Attenborough role here to provide the words for a truly wonderful piece of natural life film-making.
Made by French director Luc Jacquet, it follows the trials of a couple of penguins who travel across ice on their colony’s yearly migration, to find an area where they can mate and raise a super-cute ball of well-insulated fluff

is this it

Glad I spotted this thread, I had missed marking the programme in the tv mag.

Did you see Goodnight Mr Tom is on before it, I have watched that so often but it never fails to bring me to tears.

Secret Millionaire had my o.h. and my son in tears yesterday, I was busy and in and out of the room, and had seen it before, but it did get me all teary.

Aren't there a lot of repeats on this Christmas, recent repeats too? Not that I am always watching tv you understand lol

yes there are a lot of repeats. Now wonder we spend more and more time on the computer!! LOL

Keep advertising above suspicion well its not long ago that was on.

Think March of the penguins is a wonderful story. Miracle how many survive. So many adverts spoilt it a bit but fabulous film and scenery
